Donations made through this Site are voluntary contributions to Save Our Schools For Our Kids Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 32-057-4069). Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

All donations are final and non-refundable unless an error was made in processing. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at dgreen@saveourschools4ourkids.com.

By making a donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified. Receipts will be sent to the email address provided at the time of donation.

Participation in SOS Foundation programs, events, and initiatives is subject to eligibility requirements, availability, and program-specific terms communicated at the time of enrollment or registration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes.

Participants under the age of 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before enrolling in any program.

This Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information on this Site for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
